Hotcity user experience

The City of Luxembourg’s municpal wifi project Hotcity contains a series of specific applications for citizens & visitors that are only available within the coverage area of the Hotcity network, mainly the City’s territory. These applications and services are available in a large screen format (for laptops) and as a mobile version for smartphones & PDA’s. integratedPlace has been appointed by the City to conduct a user experience audit of these applications and to propose a plan to improve the overall user experience of the project.
